A group of friends get trapped at a amusement park and strike out an attempt to survive against a mutated rat known as The Killer.。A troupe of struggling stage actors is rehearsing for a small-town production of a play. Everything seems to be as it should until one of the cast members turns up dead. In a panic, the others try to get out, only to find they are now locked in the theater with the killer! Which one of them committed the murder, and who will get out alive?。一群游客前往非洲探险，遭遇了当地的土著。土著们试图对这群不速之客表示友好，但不识抬举的游客们拒绝了他们所赠送的礼物，这一举动彻底将土著们惹恼，他们抓住并囚禁了游客梦，用残忍的方法将他们一个接着一个的杀死，当最后一名游客眯起眼睛等待死亡降临之时，杀戮却停止了。 然而，这却并不是他的幸运，反而是不幸，因为土著们想到了一个新的“游戏”，可以好好的和他玩上一玩。就这样，这名游客在茫茫的非洲大草原上展开了他的逃亡之旅，紧紧跟在他身后的，是手持利刃的凶残土著，在极其恶劣的自然条件之下，他能否凭借着自己的智慧，逃出升天呢？。
